Accepted Methods of Payment
Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)
Credit Card Charges:
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
We DO NOT accept and Check or Money Order for a form of payment.
Currently, our items are sold and shipped to the U.S. Continental only.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours. Please refer our business hours
All orders placed after 2:00 pm(PST) will be processed on the following business day.
Offices are closed on all National Major Holidays
We do NOT ship to P.O. addresses. Please provide your shipping address other than P.O. boxes when you place an order.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

– Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
– Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment..
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. If the items are stored in improper storing conditions such as under high temperature, we might not accept the return, refund, or exchange because we cannot re-stock the item and they do not contain the original value anymore.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
4.If you need to cancel your order after the payment is processed, we subtract (1) the PayPal payment processing fee from your requested refund amount and (2) refund process fee of $1.00. After then we refund the remaining amount for you. We only refund via the original payment method. Paypal will process your refund. It might take up to 60 days from the day we process your request.For the details of Paypal payment free, please refer Paypal website. If transaction was made through Stripe, the fee will be followed by Stripe’s transaction fee.
Merchandise that has been opened, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange the item for a different item. You may not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
